Giampiero’s culinary journey has taken him from Cipriani in New York, to Sao Paolo, Brazil and finally to the Michelin-starred kitchens of London’s finest Italian restaurants. such as Locanda Locatelli.

With a combination of classical French training and a vast knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, Giampiero heads up a dynamic and forward-thinking kitchen team delivering the very best seasonal produce across our lunch, evening and private dining menus.
